Anti-Rot Eco-Friendly Foundations

At MALA Rooms we use modern construction methods. Our builds sit securely on galvanised steel ground screw foundations. We do not use ‘traditional’ foundations methods of timber posts which can rot over time, even a cement foundation can slowly sink or crack. Not least to say the cost to your build budget and the environment.

Our ground Screws can stand up to 150 kN per foundation – that’s two fully grown African Elephants per foundation – they will last a lot longer than the lifespan of this majestic animal too.

Whatever you’re building a MALA Room for; office, gym, classroom, weights room, snooker room, dance floor or even a hot tub, a MALA foundation is the right foundation.

MALA Anti-Rot, No Warp Steel Frames

Our steel frames are straight and even – and will not rot, warp, split or shrink. At MALA we use modern construction methods and high quality environmentally friendly materials.

Every MALA construction is built using a precision built, high quality light gauge steel frame. Our frames will not rot, warp, twist, split or shrink like a timber frame can, creating structural problems in the future and issues such as sticking windows and bi-fold doors. Problems that inevitably appear after the builders have gone!
